Approval
Real Estate Regulatory Agency approval is required before a license is issued, certificate of good conduct from Dubai police - The office and its employees shall be registered at the Real Estate Trustees Register who shall obtain a Real Estate Services Trustee Card - activity fee 5000 DH per year.
